What is COMSYS's response time in case of a breakdown?

Depending on your maintenance contract, response time ranges from 4 hours (critical) to 24 business hours. We also offer priority phone and remote assistance.

Does maintenance cover spare parts?

Yes. Our maintenance contracts include labor and, depending on the chosen plan, spare parts (badge readers, power supplies, cabling). We maintain a local stock in Morocco for fast interventions.

Do you offer scheduled preventive maintenance?

Yes. Our contracts include scheduled preventive visits (quarterly or semi-annual) to clean, test, and update your equipment before any failure occurs.
